Hello all,
is there a way to listen itunes shared music on local network? Thank you. |

Short answer is not currently. iTunes uses DAAP and some other network utility to do its oh-so-cool share thing. I live in large frat, and everyone uses iTunes solely because of this feature (or at least it was the reason they originally tried it). I would love to see kde and/or amarok be compatible with it. There is a DAAP kio-slave being developed for kde somewhere, and some other stuff is going on with it too. Search these forums and google for \"daap\" and you\'ll get more answers.

yea, there\'s a KIO slave in the KDE playground. You could use it with gstreamer.
