I have amaroK installed on my laptop and on a desktop box at home. I keep my collections synchronized with rsync, but was wondering what people out there in similar situations do to keep the amaroK databases in sync? I was thinking I could use some MySQL tricks to replicate/mirror them, but wasn\'t sure if there was machine-specific data stored therein.
Anyone doing anything like this?

Same here. I have a large collection at home, and I copy the files to my laptop so I can listen to them with Amarok while out and about. However, I would like to share the rating information between them so that it is easier to pick the songs I like from the local collection.

Hi,
same problem here, are there any solutions/scripts yet, that synchronize play counts/ratings and the such, between the two databases? |
