This is not a feature request per se. What I want to find out is if there are people frequenting these boards who would be interested in a real client server application of amarok.

What I mean is a centralized database which stores additional info for each client (e.g. client specific playlists - sharable between users, statisc per user and for the whole userbase, database abstraction to avoid possible concurrency problems, etc...).

I am in the process of looking for the best way to implement such features on top of what already exists in amarok and of course I\'d never turn down any help someone might be able to offer.
