the media device browser is a good idea but only works with ipods. but if you have a \"normal\" usb stick mp3 player this is not working because these devices don\'t have a tunesdb.
so this is the feature request : on such devices simply copy only the files to the player and don\'t care about the tunesdb. |

I hacked together an amarokscript that makes it easier to fiddle with mp3s and playlists on a generic USB mp3 player. Might not be exactly what you want, but it lets you delete files off, copy files on, and even maintain m3u files on the player. It is not quite where I want it, but I wrote it so my wife could use amarok and not have too tough of a time getting mp3s on an off her player. |
