I\'m currently thinking of building an in car computer to use with playing mp3\'s, as well as possibly other things and wanted to use amarok, or something derived from amarok as the media player.
the problem with this is it requires some redesign of amarok to make it suitable for a touch screen only environment, and for display on a small screen, something like 7\", 16:9, so not very large.
Has anyone else considered this or anything like it? i\'d love to be able to do it but have no idea where to start or anything, but of a large project for the first time i\'ve done anything like it i know, but...
has anyone got any suggestions of where to start or hints etc...?
anything would be usefull be it feature ideas, layout ideas or help with how to go about doing this.
