several months ago I asked for mtp support, and it turned out that it will be pretty difficult to implement this.

Now I saw that MTP is working with gphoto2, so that could be an option for the amarok team to start using devices like irivers t30 (some infos about it here in my blog).

But I have to admit: I don\'t need mtp support any longer, I gave my iRiver T30 back and bought a iAudio U2 - that really rocks! And it is universal mass storage also

Last note: I saw the changelog for the new 1.4beta version - my gosh, you guys are building the best audio player ever made, it\'s unbelievable!
