Related Artists - how is this populated?

I\'ve noticed that some artists have \"Artists Related to blahbidy blah\", and others do not.
1) How is Amarok determining when the \"Artists Related to\" box is displayed? 2) How is Amarok determining which artists are in the \"Artists Related to\" box? |

amaroK uses the last.fm service to retrieve similar artists..
