Sometimes when I rip a CD I have to search for a differente suggested cover than the suggested, and as I have a small netwotk at home, every user must search for the correct cover again.

I imagine this happens because amarok builds a database for each user.

Is there a way to avoid this?

Set your ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/albumcovers  directory to be a network mount.

Mount it on the same location for each user, then each copy of amarok will be able to find the covers it needs.
