I use Amarok to load up my Ipod(nano) (i had too many hangups with gtkpod for it to be useful)

Generally Amarok is good at what it does, however - if you transfer a bunch of playlists, though they appear sorted alphabetically in Amarok, they appear in a muddled state on my Ipod (nano)

Any ideas?
