ubuntu 6.06 - visualizations

Fri Aug 25, 2006 9:29 am
I have amarok 1.4.1 installed in ubuntu, but the visualizations are greyed. What needs to be installed to get these working in ubuntu?

(Anyone have a 1.4.2 for ubuntu?).

Cheers,
Ian.

a selfcompiled amarok and a selfcompiled libvisual

Visual support on kubuntu has probably been droped for 1.4.1 as repos don't include libvisual 0.2, and actually the licensing guidelines of ubuntu don't allow the visualisation plugins at all to be in the repos

for 1.4.2 have a look at the download page

Annoyed with bbcode since 1999.
