is there the possibilty to use another front end for amarok, in detail using amarok on a console?
It would be nice to have the data and functionality of amarok available, also when there is no GUI available.
If there is no text frontend (yet), is it generally possible to replace the amarok GUI?
To be more precise, is there a defined interface for the engine, so that someone can write an individual frontend  (e.g. with the following functionality: triggering database-scan,  showing playlist, play, stop etc)?
My intention is to determine whether it would be possible to use amarok on a mini-pc only for music play back (provided only with a small text display).
