Tracks cut off early using daap

Sun Jan 14, 2007 6:59 pm
I'm using Amarok 1.4.4 on multiple machines to listen to mp3s streaming from an mt-daapd server. This works really well in Rhythmbox and Banshee but in Amarok the tracks cut off ~5 seconds before they would normally end. It doesn't seem to be a problem with crossfading (i've tried different settings ), they just stop. Is anyone else having this problem and, if so, what did you do to fix it?

I'm having the same problem. I've also noticed a few other issues with the daap support in amarok. Since it is treated as a stream, some fields in the playlist(such as bitrate) are empty, even though that information is available via daap. Also the tracks are not available in dynamic playlists. This is a problem at work since I keep all my music on my home machine, I cant use the advanced playlists.
