Feature request - add a notes / info section to the playlist

Often the songs reflect moods or feelings at the time of the playlist creation. It would be nice to have a text area associated with the playlist so I could add notes to remind me of what was happening that period.

Also, in SVN you'll se "Labels", like "User Tags" on last.fm. Problem solved? At the moment, all you can do is give the playlist an extended title, and hope it captures the moment "There are two theories to arguing with women. Neither one works." . If men could get pregnant, we'd learn the true meaning of "screaming nancyboy wuss"
