Case sensitivity of 'related to...' list = bug?

Hi,

I have a question. As I understand the 'Artists Related to...' list provided by last.fm, it shows Bands not in the collection in italic and bands in the collection in normal text. This seems to work case insensitive, what is surely desired to be so. But when I click on an artist in the, to get the context info of this related artist, it works only when the name in the file tags matches the case exactly. The same with the dynamic playlists. They play only related artists, when the case matches.

Is this a bug? To me it seems so.

Best regards

I have a similar problem, and it is really annoying, for example, on last.fm if you search for the band Flow, it comes up FLOW. but for some of their similar artists on amarok it comes up Flow, so since I named them according to last.fm, they don't get selected to be put in the play list sometimes. It would be nice if this was fixed in a later version. Using UTF-8 for text.

yes, that would be why I mentioned it as a real world example.

Is there a script or something that will make it case insensitive?
