Sumbitting tracks played on internet radio to my last.fm accout

Hi, I'm listening to http://www.wazee.org/ and Amarok correctly anounces me by OSD what track is currently playing (from stream title in "Artist - Track name" format) but it's not submitting those tracks to last.fm account. Why is that? (If I'm playing my own mp3s, tracks are submitted OK) Is there any solution to this? Thanks in advance.
