Sync ratings with non-ipod players?

Wed Mar 07, 2007 12:45 pm
The wiki says:  "If enabled and supported by your media device (for the time being this means if you have an iPod), you can automatically increment the playcounts in your amaroK database by the values stored on your iPod. Likewise, ratings that have been changed on the iPod, can be synchronised to amaroK..."

Does anyone know if / when rating and playcount sync features will work for other media devices?

In particular, I've got a Creative Zen Vision M, and would lovvve Amarok a million times more if it could at least communicate my track ratings to the player.  Even if the functionality were only one way (that is, if amarok transfered rating info to the player when uploading songs), I'd still be pleased - the device has a built in playlist generator for "highest rated" etc, but I don't want to manually go through and rate things on it when the files are already rated on Amarok.
