Only about half my music is getting imported to my collection. I noticed that many of the files not imported are .m4a.  I found that if i drag them into my playlist that the files will play, but how do i get them to import into my library??

Amarok 1.4.0 or newer should import m4a without problems, the 1.3 series won't. Are you still using an old Amarok?

yeah i had 1.3 on there but then i upgraded and it worked fine. thanks.
