Hi guys,
I'm trying to compile amarok from sources, but I always get this error:

make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/raffo/amarok-1.4.5'
make: *** [all] Error 2

I'm running debian etch 4.0, using nvidia 8.x series drivers...

I think you have a GL driver missmatch. Sorry, I am not sure how you can solve that.
run configure with --without-opengl and the error should go away (BTW: What is opengl used for in Amarok anyway?)
