Hi all.

I own a Philips Shoqbox PSS231 which I can't get to work on my Linux box. I cannot find any specifications of the device so its hard for me to figure out which protocol it uses. It does not show up as a usb mass storage device, but lsusb gives me something like this:

Bus 004 Device 003: ID 0471:0172 Philips

mtp-detect only says:

No MTP devices.
No devices.

.. on a Windows Box the device seems to work only with Windows Media Player, but I cannot figure it out as I have no Windows Version installed.

Any Ideas?
