Could it be possible to activate some elements of amarok to moveable?

Like I would want to move song controls to top of the playlist, and bring search plus others to below of the playlist.

For me and prolly many peeps, lookin up is more easy to see the controls, than looking down.

Movable - no. That's not part of the Amarok philosophy.

However, the good news is that we continue to improve Amarok's GUI. The Amarok 2 branch currently has the player controls on top

Why would that be against Amaroks philosophy? I think it'd be better if the tabbed menu and collection list and such were above the playlist window.
