I'm really happy with amarok (and just donated!) and would love to see a feature that only would serve a niche audience, but would be really cool nonetheless. Those of us who play music often go online to find tablature (especially for bass and guitar) and there are various tablature repositories on the web. Especially because the f***ing greedy music publishers association is cracking down on tablature distribution, it'd be great if amarok would fetch tabs intelligently the way it is able to do with lyrics and album covers. Creating an enabling technology would be an appropriate backlash against the MPA, and I'd imagine there are still numerous repositories beyond the jurisdiction of the MPA that could be queried. If I knew how to put two lines of code together, I'd do it myself, but alas...
