How can I export shoutcast radios?

Tue Aug 07, 2007 6:17 pm
Hi,

my friend installed Amarok and he has in the "Playlists" window, under the red folder "Radio streams" a blue folder "Shoutcast Streams" - I do not! Can anybody give me a tip, how to export this folder and import it into my Amarok? We both use SQLite for Amarok.

Thanks a lot!

Just upgrade. Your Amarok is too old.

Oh, thanks, and is there a way to upgrade amarok without reinstalling whole ubuntu from daper to Feisty Fawn?
Sources, or packages, or whatever...

thanks a lot

I have the same problem.  I attempted to upgrade to the 1.4.7 version, WAY too many dependency problems, when I tried to upgrade the dependencies, no dice.  Too many conflicts.  I browsed the .kde/amarok/playlists folder, but it was empty!  I'm using Mepis 6.5 (dapper based) and really would like to get the streams into the app...
