This is My proposal to replace old context/category tabs, with new ones like in oKular.

Yeah, we've experimented with this kind of tab a *long* time ago, when we implemented the current tab system. Problem is, it uses a lot more horizontal space. And the longer the text in the buttons is, the wider it gets.
