copy/export database

Sat Oct 20, 2007 1:02 am
I am about to update from kubuntu feisty to gutsy and just wanted to know if there is an official way to move the database (I do not want to risk loosing stats) I just tried (on a small test install of gutsy beta) copying the .db file and it seemed to work fine is that the way to do it
BTW I'm using the default sqlite

you might want to save the whole ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/ directory if you have playlists or other things saved, as well as ~/.kde/share/config/amarokrc
