create smart playlist by rating

I rate my song and i'd like to create playlist with my favorits songs. That could be fine to create it dynamicaly by using script or other way.

Go to playlist tab. Right click and select "new smart playlist". The select "match any of the following" and select 'score' or 'rating' then 'above' and then the value you wish!
