I've quickly searched if this qt widget was already quoted in the forum and apparently not.
So maybe it can be useful to someone tempted to create some visualisation plugin

There's currently the idea of "CoverBling" (see screenshot at http://amarok.kde.org/blog/archives/456 ... lasma.html) implemented for Amarok 2.0
