I had spent quite a bit of time going through my collection and adding a variety of songs to my ipod. In hindsight, I should have created the selection in a playlist, then synced that to my ipod. Now I have a large collection of songs on my ipod, that I would like to use to create a playlist, but have it use the local copy of the song rather than the one on the ipod. Since the source of all the songs is amarok, I'm wondering if this is possible. Currently the playlist shows the path of the file being on the ipod, and because the ipod doesn't order the songs in human readable form, it makes it difficult to just replace the path. Short of recreating the playlist by hand, do any of you have any possible suggestions to my dilema? I'm dreading having to recreate it.
