hi Guys can anyone guide me to the downloaded styles . they were install but i can,t find them any help much appreciated

HI, If I understand your question correctly, then it is really easy to change the themes once you have installed them.

Settings --> Configure Amarok --> Appearence Tab --> Context Browser Theme.

At least thats' what I did....

Downloaded Amarok themes (I think you meant themes, not styles) can be found in ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/themes. Normally, Amarok should find these automatically (and you can choose them like megafauna said) -- I'd check the file permissions, maybe there is no access to them.

If you meant styles: These can't be administered in Amarok, you need to open kcontrol -> Appearance & Themes -> Style.
