Start Amarok in system tray

Tue Apr 22, 2008 1:16 pm
Forum members -

Is it possible to have amarok minimize to the system tray when it starts?  Ideally I would like to have Amarok start minimized to the tray, when I log into KDE.

Thanks,
James

Yep, right-click the icon in the top left corner of your window. Then "Configure Window Behavior", and the rest you'll figure out.

hmmm, I don't see a configure option.  I see Min, Max, Resize, Move, Always on Top, Move to workspace.  Am in the right area?

actually, you need to right-click on the Amarok title bar to get the menu that has the "configure window behaviour" option ;)

I still only see the same options that I saw when clicking on the icon in the top right corner.

Might only work if you're running KDE.
