I have posted a message on the Help forum as I cannot figure out how to get Amarok to recognize my iPod - I cannot believe nobody has replied!!

I have read through the manual, but that was of no help to me, I have tried typing in the mount point mentioned in the manual, but get an error message 'mount point must be below media' - what does that mean?

I have clicked the 'Get help online' link from the program - it leads nowhere!!

surely there is someone out there who can give me some help in simple straightforward steps - please??

No one can help you with the limited information your providing, by the way. distro, amarok version, which ipod you have etc etc. (though regardless I can't help you since I don't know anything about iPods outside of the above link  )
