Hi, I am new to Amorak and this is my first post. I have started a collection and stupidly ticked all the boxes in Ubuntu for Amorak to check.
What happened, well, I have no music in my collection but a vast array of miscellaneous sounds and so on from the Ubuntu source programme. My question is, if I delete these, will this delete them from the pc memory which in turn will directly affect Ubuntu. If the answer is yes, how can I delete these from Amorak so that I can add my bona fide music collection. Many thanks. |

Setup your collection (only the folders were your music is located) and then do a rescan of the collection.
That should remove the other wrong files from it. (only from the amarok db not from your disk).
