I love Amarok, but my latest version (Amarok 1.4.9.1 - using KDE 3.5.9) keeps crashing every day.
Which log files can I review or post that might help what is causing the frequent crashes...? Any help would be great. -- Mitchman |

I encountered the same problem lately (Amarok 1.4.9.1, KDE 3.5.9 on Arch Linux) and I think it has something to do with the playmode "random: tracks".
The crash itself is quite random as well, atleast I haven't really found a way to reproduce it, apart from waiting until it happens. EDIT: No idea whether it's useful for you, but that's what I just got after a crash:

Well at least that's some feedback on what maybe causing it - I use RANDOM all the time. It's too bad - I really like Amarok, but I'll have to go to Songbird or equivalent at this rate... sucks. Thank you. -- Mitchman |

Or you could have a look at dynamic playlists
