How do you people handle various artist albums?

I hate that they show up under the different artists names in the collection view. I rather have them collected under a "Various Artists" -> Album Name index as I prefer a tidy view of my collection

I know that the popular "Foobar 2000" player under Windows encourages use of a custom id3-field called "Album Artist". So a compilation could be tagged as:

Album Artist: Various Artists
Artist: Track Artist

And it seems to work perfectly fine in that player. I would love to see something similar in Amarok.

Well, kinda solved it myself.

Found Ex Falso  which is a decent tagger as soon as you install the CDDB and Musicbrainz plugins. It supports the Album Artists tag. I tried to tag a few albums and it seems like Amarok supports that tag as well
