ok i used sudo apt-get build-dep amarok
now in the menu i have loads of installed things system tools >Konsole/ksystem guard Sound and video > Ks cd/ksmid/krec Other> Tons of stuff. Wheres amrarok? i only got it to transfer my songs to my ipod? |

Hey, Ryder. Have you tried running Amarok from the CLI (command line interface)? To do so, just right-click on your desktop, and select "Run", and then type in "amarok" (no quote marks). If you are running a distro without the right-click menu, you might have "bash" or "shell" in your menus somewhere, and you can use that.
Keep that command window open until you want to shut Amarok down. Does that work for you? |
