Title tells all.  I use MediaMonkey in M$ Vista, wondering if I install Amarok, if it will corrupt any of my collection (ratings, genre, etc.) that I have created in Vista.  (I'm not sure if any attributes are written to the actual .mp3's or if it's all contained elsewhere.

Only ID3 tag info is saved to MP3 files, anything else is in the programs database. You should be ok.
