Hi.
I'm using Amarok version 4.1.3. I choosed Files tab > RMB on any directory with mp3 files, then > Move to Collection > Local Collection and OK. After that in this directory i can't find my mp3 files, where they are now? Thanks, i have hope that amarok didn't deleted my files (800MB of 320kbps stuff ![]()

There is no Amarok 4.1.3.. you must have confused something.

Well I can't tell where your files are, but have you tried a simple file system find? Amarok is still in beta state, and if the collection organizing feature is buggy, I'm sorry about that, but such things can happen with beta software.
Anyway, first try to find the files, they might not be lost.

Hi.
Thanks for your reply. Files unfortunately are lost because I made copy of some directory with mp3 files and that same steps as before for them. df command shows me then that the files in this dir are gone (more free space on disk). Please look at this because it's little dangerous. |

Can you please file a proper bug report on bugs.kde.org? It will be easier for us to handle it there, please provide as much details as possible. Also if you can please check if you encounter the bug in Amarok 2 RC1.
