No, "Move to Collection" will likely not return to the playlist context menu. In general there is far too much stuff in this menu already, and some people spent a lot of time at our recent developer sprint figuring out which menu items should go where. In the future the number of items in the playlist context menu will be significantly reduced, but a few new ones that will make performing the actions that are not directly present much easier will be added.

As for stars in the playlist, chek out the playlist layout manager in Amarok 2.1.0 Beta1
