Hi,

Right now OSD comes in middle of screen everytime a song change and while I am working
it seems very obstrusive and disturbs my concentration.
I need OSD but not in middle of screen...
Is there a provision(or is it planned) so that I can configure OSD position on my screen?
My favourite position would be just above systray the way sonata does it.

I'm not sure that it is as configurable as you need, but in Amarok 2 if you go to:

Preferences/Options? - configure Amarok -OSD tab

You can drag the OSD that shows up to a different location.
