If not, is an option for that planned and where does it currently store the artwork that it does download? 2) Does amarok 2 embed the lyrics it downloads? if not, is an option for that planned and where does it currently store the lyrics it does download? thanks

We won't embed lyrics in files (just like cover images) for legal reasons. They are copyrighted material. However, this could possibly be implemented as a third party script in the future.
