Googling does not bring up much, nor does searching these forums.

Is there something that will let me pump the song now playing into my facebook status?  Automatically, of course.

I'm on CentOS 5.3 Linux if that matters.

ya it very easily but it's done in a more indirect way

there is a last.fm plug-in for facebook that show your currently playing track and your previous track

so just grab that plug-in and set amarok up with last.fm
