My lyrics applet gives me that today:
"Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions from some of the major music publishers we can no longer return lyrics through the LyricWiki API (where this application gets some or all of its lyrics). The lyrics for this song can be found at the following URL: http://lyricwiki.org/Tocotronic:Free_Hospital (Please note: this is not the fault of the developer who created this application, but is a restriction imposed by the music publishers themselves.)" Does that mean there will be no more lyrics in amarok? Stupid music industry ![]() |

Yep, same here.
"Official" announcement by Sean Colombo of LyricWiki.org: http://groups.google.com/group/lyricwik ... 919d654040 EDIT: There's a patch at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=202366 that restores the old functionality.

And another braindead idea of overhauled structures in music industries. It doesn't help in any way to protect the artist's right; the only sense is to disgust also the last buyers of CDs. Fetching lyrics by lyricswiki's api won't do no harm, but would be a positive signal from those ignorant lawyers.
