1) which version of Amarok
2) are all tags in Amorok empty? Before and after tag editing?
3) you're filling both tag1 and tag2 in Kid3?

personally I've never had any issues with tags and Amarok

amarok --version
Qt: 4.5.2
KDE: 4.2.4 (KDE 4.2.4)
Amarok: 2.1.1

Before the Editing tag, yes they are empty, after editing with kid3, too the tags are empty.

And yes im Editing tag1(ID3v1.1) and tag2(ID3v2.4.0), i make a test, i alter the year of the one album, from 1994 to 1965, and no changes to amarok.

I have this problem since January, the only way to make efective changes, is editing tags in amarok, but i am want use Kid3, because are too many tags to edit.

You probably just have a database mismatch. That can be solved by erasing the database located in ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/mysqle/ (make sure to save a copy of it first).

Also, make sure your encoding is the same in both your system and in the tags, we recommend to use UTF-8 or UTF-16 for both.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Ohohoh, not so fast with erasing. You'll lose all statistics.
Amarok 2 rescans, when the timestamp of the folder, containing the tracks with added/edited tags, gets updated.
So check, if kid3 updates the timestamp (should be an option/easytag has it) and set it.
You can also try to update the timestamp manually for testing:
cd to the folder above the one containing the track (in console) and type touch *. Now Amarok2 should start rescanning your collection.

I Erase database, and make a rescan, the last modification, changing year from 1994 to 1965, are update, but new modifications are no afected.

The problem persist.

If you are using the latest Amarok version or Git version, some changes are done and reading is failing, at least have encoding problems, and using UTF-8 don't solve the problem. The bug is reported.

Nah, 2.1.1 has problems with some non-latin chars and 2.2 has no problem at all, but that's not the thing here.
Have you manually updated the timestamp of the folder containing the changed tracks by using touch -m?
If the modification time of the folder isn't updated, amarok won't rescan.

Btw. Tags should be UTF-16 and better use id3v2.3, it's still used by some (hardware) mp3-players.

Wot? Don't know what you mean.
I'm using spanish, japanese, english, german, russian, french special chars and no tag issues at all, using easytag with the settings suggested above.

No doubt that's true. As much as I have problems with a few Japanese files that Amarok 2.1 read wrong. For example this one:

*** Tag information for 01 - Himitsu Kichi.mp3
=== TIT2 (Title/songname/content description): 秘密基地
=== TPE1 (Lead performer(s)/Soloist(s)): 高田梢枝
=== TALB (Album/Movie/Show title): 秘密基地
=== TYER (Year): 2005
=== TRCK (Track number/Position in set): 1
=== TCON (Content type): (146)
*** mp3 info
MPEG1/layer III
Bitrate: 320KBps
Frequency: 44KHz

but the second track

*** Tag information for 02 - Inko.mp3
=== TIT2 (Title/songname/content description): インコ
=== TPE1 (Lead performer(s)/Soloist(s)): 高田梢枝
=== TALB (Album/Movie/Show title): 秘密基地
=== TYER (Year): 2005
=== TRCK (Track number/Position in set): 2
=== TCON (Content type): (146)
*** mp3 info
MPEG1/layer III
Bitrate: 320KBps
Frequency: 44KHz

is read correctly and I don't know why. Anyway, first one is correctly readed, at least, by: id3info (the program I'm used to extract previous info), Exaile, Amarok 1.4 & 2.0, id3v2, kid3 and mplayer.

Amarok 2.1 and Git displays four beautiful ? in Title, Artist and Album.

I report the bug here https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=200596

Tell me about your collection.
Where is it located? Internal or external disk or network share?
How is it formated (ext, ntfs, vfat etc.), if it's a disk?
Try adding some tracks on your local drive to the collection and play around with the tags, if your collection is normally on an external/network drive.
Move a folder contained in your collection out of Amarok's reach. Any rescans?
As I don't use kid3, I can't say anything about the app and its setting options.
Have you ever tried another tagger?

Haven't heard of any problems, that Amarok 2.1.1 refuses to resan after changes in the collection.
Strange, really strange
