k the first part is where can i find all the available search terms for the collection browser i want to make a search and bookmark it for songs that were added to my library in the last week.

doing this a dynamic playlist would be nice if possible also

and multiple collections a good part of my collection is in both Flac and Mp3 and whenever i search i get both and there is no way to tell them apart.

when im using amarok i olny use the Flac files when available but i dont have flac versions of every song in my collection and i need to keep the mp3 versions for my media device.

You say, "the first part is where can i find all the available search terms for the collection browser i want to make a search and bookmark it for songs that were added to my library in the last week."

The answer is in the Edit Filter icon just to the right of the search box. Click that paper and pencil icon, and then drop down the Simple Search menu, and see all the possible search terms. For all the tracks added in the last week, use
Code: Select all
added:<1w

"multiple collections a good part of my collection is in both Flac and Mp3 and whenever i search i get both and there is no way to tell them apart."

I search simply by
Code: Select all
.mp3
or
Code: Select all
.flac
. If you mean that you want a particular track in flac or mp3, use
Code: Select all
trackname.mp3
or
Code: Select all
trackname.flac
.

Explore your music,

hmm thanks the added: <1w works like a charm

and search also for .flac works in pinch but can be a pain when adding whole artist that are mixed flac and mp3.

maybe for the sorting with the tree there could be more options like format or collection directory.

"lossless >Artist > Album > Track >"
