Everywhere I look it says go to options Config Amarok and then go to media devices. The Only problem is I do not have a "media devices."

Any Ideas?

Which version of Amarok are you using?

Version 2.2.2
Using KDE 4.3.2

It's much simpler now. Plug in (and mount if you don't get auto-mount). Now you should see your device at the top of the Local Collection.
