I have amarok 2.3.1 on Mandriva 2010.0. When I plug my iPod, in Collection panel, if I click right on iPod, I have the following option: "Stale and Orphaned" (Fantômes et orphelins in French). What is this feature? Because, if I click on this option, I duplicate all song on my iPod (I have each song twice after that).

Stale tracks for Amarok are tracks physically on your iPod, but they don't have a valid entry in the iTunesDB on your iPod (says Amarok at least).
Personally I can't get it work on my 3rd gen shuffle, as I don't get any of my apple devices working with amarok.
