For Amarok 1.4 exists an excellent lyrics script (Lyrics ID3) which gets the lyrics from the embedded Lyrics tag.
It would be great if there was a script like that for Amarok 2 as well. It is very useful for music whose lyrics is not available from the Internet (lyrics in languages other than English, Classical music e.g. operas, oratorios). |

Did you check the available scripts on http://kde-apps.org? You can browse those directly in the Script Manager -> Get new scripts.
This is not a Usability issue, so I will move the thread.

You are very welcome to adapt the old script to work with Amarok 2, or work with the author of the old script to adapt. The script authors aren't directly part of the Amarok developement team, and feedback/bug reports and such take place on kde-apps.
Good luck Valorie |
