Hi,
I'm using Amarok 2.3.1 (KDE 4.5.0) in Ubuntu (not Kubuntu). I can't import a podcasts list with OPML support. As I click on "OPML File Import" (Importer un fichier OPML) I can complete the file location but nothing happens when I will launch the import process. Is it due to a missing library as I use Gnome ? Thanks, Pierre |

Hi Pierre,
I will ask the developer if he could have a look into this, so far we haven't had any reports about the OPML import not working.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

I remember a bug that I fixed right after 2.3.1 was released. Basically Amarok 2.3.1 is not compatible with OPML's generated by most programs and online readers such as google reader. It was compatible with the most popular 1.4 OPML export script though. It was just a simple mistake but did have the effect of OPML import being useless.
It's fixed in 2.3.2. |
