Something I just noticed, seeking confirmation

After a computer restart "update collection" took about 20 seconds, normally 3+ seconds. After the 20 seconds, further updates reverted to 3+ seconds. I have 20k tracks.

Is this caused by a temp file deleted by reboot then being created? As it doesn't occur when closing and restarting Amarok.
