Smart playlists? where are they

Thu Jun 23, 2011 1:01 pm
I have been looking for a type of playlist in Amarok that can determine what songs to play based on a starting playlist.

Something like genious in Itunes or the dynamic playlist in Exiale. I assume something like this exists in Amarok but I cant find it or a script-addon that can do it.

Thanks for your help

Media sources > Playlists > Dynamic Playlists
This is a fully configurable dynamic playlist engine. You can match particular tags, ratings, etc in your collection, and use similar tracks biases from last.fm or echonest.

Script Selecta generates new playlists based on last.fm tags of a given playlist.
