I really love Amarok's tab widget. However, I think it would be improved a lot, if it supported autoscrolling and autofitting like the lyrics applet does.
But the autoscroll feature should also be triggerable when not playing. Also, it would be a nice feature, if one could adjust the autoscroll speed when the song is not playing.

I've already taken a look into the code and it seemed to me that the lyrics widget and the tabs widget are not working completely similar, is this correct? I'd take a loot at this myself, if somebody could help me out a bit on where to start and give me a quick overview how the widget works (Displaying, dataEngine,... how this all works together)
